BoxFit is a high-energy fitness workout that combines boxing techniques with cardio exercises. It's perfect for all fitness levels and helps improve strength, endurance, and coordination.

Do I need boxing experience to join TFC?

No experience required! TFC welcomes beginners and experienced athletes alike. Our certified trainers will guide you through proper techniques at your pace.

What should I bring to my first class?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, water bottle, and towel. We provide all boxing equipment including gloves and pads. Just bring your energy and enthusiasm!

How many calories can I burn in a BoxFit class?

You can burn 400-800 calories per 45-minute BoxFit class depending on your intensity level. It's one of the most effective workouts for weight loss and fitness.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes! TFC offers personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to your specific fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, strength building, or boxing skills development.

To start with my experience here at TFC, I would first like to thank the coaches for all the motivation and encouragement they've given me throughout my weight loss journey. I had gained almost 10 kg during lockdown and couldn't reduce it despite trying various remedies. I went to the gym and lost a few kilos, but gained even more back. Next, I tried diet. such as the keto and an all-protein, minimum-carbs diet but this ultimately deteriorated my immune system, and I couldn't continue.
